Surgeon D. Daunoravičius comes from a family of several generations of physicians, professors and artists in various fields. Medicine, art and music have been accompanying Dainius since he was a child. ‘As a child, I would frequent the hospital departments where my dad and grandfather practised, and their meaningful work as doctors left a huge impression on me. I also used to spend a lot of time in the workshop of another grandfather, a professor at the Academy of Arts, where we modelled and moulded gypsum sculptures together. Daunoravičius describes his calling. ‘Recently, in the grandfather’s workshop, we have been going through art books on sculpture of different times: from antiquity to modern art. We perfect them on clay or plaster forms and observe how a face changes as it is put together. It’s very interesting and useful as, after all, it is similar to what we do in the operating room,’ adds the surgeon.

• From 2010 to 2015, he worked at the Kaunas Clinics of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Department of Surgery, and earned a surgical physician's specialist qualification;
• From 2015 to 2017, he worked at the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Clinic at Vilnius University Hospital Santariskiu Clinic and obtained a specialist qualification in plastic and reconstructive surgery;
• Since 2010, he has worked at three aesthetic surgery clinics in Lithuania;
• From 2017 to 2018, he worked at the plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic "Akademikliniken" (Stockholm, Sweden).

• He regularly participates in seminars and conferences in Lithuania and Europe;
• In 2016, he completed an internship at the private plastic and aesthetic surgery clinic "Akademikliniken" (Stockholm, Sweden);
• In 2014, he completed an internship at Ostra Hospital (Sweden, Gothenburg).

Dr. Domenico Riitano, specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1989 and specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology in 1994 at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. In 2007 he completed his training with a further specialization in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery at the University of Messina.

He perfected his technique in Brazil at various specialized hospitals and clinics, including the Fluminense Clinic of Plastic Surgery “Niteroi” in Rio De Janeiro.

He was born in Samsun in 1978. After graduating from Faculty of Medicine (Çapa Medicine) of the Istanbul University in 2003, he completed his 6-year residency training at Şişli, Etfal Training and Research Hospital Plastic Surgery Clinic and became a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Specialist.

 

In 2008, he received training from world-renowned surgeons at the University of Plastic Surgery Clinic in the New York, United States and participated the surgeries together with the doctors from New York.

He attended courses and congresses about topics such as Breast Aesthetics, Abdominal Aesthetics, Liposuction, Buttock Aesthetics, Rhinoplasty, Facial rejuvenation, and Fillers.

Between 2010 and 2012, he worked at the Plastic Surgery Clinic of Ahi Evran University Kırşehir State Hospital. Kırşehir has carried out many surgeries and innovations that could not be done before in its history.

It constantly improves itself by participating in congresses and meetings at homecountry and abroad every year.

Op.Dr.Mehmet Köksal still works in a Private Clinic in Istanbul.

He is a member of Turkish Medical Association, Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Association.
