Prof. Dr. Halil Ibrahim Bekler was born in Istanbul in 1960. He completed his primary school education in Istanbul. He finished High School in Saint-Joseph in 1979. In 1985 he graduated from the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. In the same year, he started to work as a resident doctor at Tokat Akbelen Health Center. Between 1987 and 1991, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at SiSli Etfal Hospital. Between 1993 and 1994, he worked as an assistant professor at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine in Diyarbakır, Turkey. Later, he worked as the Head of the Orthopedic and Traumatology Surgery Department at American Hospital. In 1999, he studied microsurgery at Cleveland Medical Center.
He worked as a specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology Microsurgery in many private hospitals in Istanbul. Between 2006-2007, he worked as a Hand and Microsurgery Specialist at Columbia University School of Medicine. In 2008, he became an associate professor of orthopedics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine. Between 2009 and 2015, he worked as Chief of Orthopedics at Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Hospital and he trained many Assistant Specialists. He became Professor in 2016.

Prof. Dr. Ozan Beytemur is an experienced orthopedic surgeon with over 20 years in the field. He is a Professor at Health Sciences University, Istanbul Bağcılar Health Practice and Research Center. He is known for his research in bone healing, osteoporosis prediction, and orthopedic biomechanics. He has published many articles in leading international journals.

Dr. Beytemur has served as Chief Physician and has led improvements in orthopedic care and education. He holds the TOTBİD-TOTEK Board Certification. Op. Dr. Ahmet Kurtulmuş graduated from İzmir Private Turkish College in 1986. He completed his medical education at Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine. Between 1992 and 1996, he specialized in Orthopedics and Traumatology at İzmir Atatürk Hospital. Between 2000 and 2006, Dr. Ahmet Kurtulmuş operated his own private clinic at the same time, where he managed his patients and performed surgeries at an affiliated private hospital with which he had an agreement. Due to unchanged regulations during that period, he was also able to work at a state hospital in addition to managing his private clinic and conducting surgeries at the affiliated private hospital.
