Assoc. Prof. Erkam KÖMÜRCÜ, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Orthopedics and Traumatology, with experience in teaching and administrative duties. He has a Turkish Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology –Training Council (TOTEK) – BOARD certificate from 2010 and a Title of Associate Professor from April 2015. Dr. Kömürcü has extensive experience in orthopedic and trauma, hand and upper extremity injuries, fractures and dislocations of lower limb, radiological evaluation in musculoskeletal tumors, interventional hip dysplasia, benign and malignant musculoskeletal tumors, vertebral fractures, low back pain and fractures in pelvis.

Dr. Emre Yurdakul is a Turkish Orthopedic specialist with extensive experience in hand microsurgery, sports injuries, and athlete health. He has graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine in 2001 and is a member of the Turkish Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery Association. He speaks English fluently and has attended multiple trainings and workshops in universities and centers in Turkey and abroad.

Since 1978, scientific and practical activity in the field of orthopedic pathology (pathophysiology of scoliosis and scoliotic deformations of the spine and chest, vertebrology). The first scientific publication on vertebrology in 1980.

1980 – graduation from the medical faculty of the Kyiv Medical Institute.

1981 to 1984 Anesthesiologist-resuscitator. Scientific and practical work in the field of treatment of pain syndromes and vegetology, use of stimulation of nerve trunks and reflexogenic zones, acupuncture, manual medicine, non-surgical treatment of scoliosis, physical rehabilitation.

Since 1984 and up to the present moment, he has been professionally engaged exclusively in practical and scientific problems of diseases of the spine and joints, vertebroneurology, neurology, traumatology-orthopedics, rheumatology.

1984 – employee of the laboratory of problems of osteochondrosis of the spinal column of the university research laboratory center* (Academician A.A. Bogomolets National Medical University). Scientific and practical activity in the field of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of pathology of the musculoskeletal system (spine, joints, muscles) and nervous system.

1990 - defense of a candidate's dissertation on neurological disorders in spinal pathology " Early segmental neurological manifestations of osteochondrosis of the thoracic spine " (specialty - neurology)

1995 Founded the first clinic of Vertebroneurology in Ukraine, head of the department of vertebroneurology at the Central City Clinical Hospital of Kiev - the clinical base of the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine of the National Medical University.

Dr. Marouane is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon from France with over 30 years of European experience. He specializes in upper limb surgery for hand, elbow, shoulder, and nerve reconstruction using open, arthroscopic, and innovative techniques to ensure a faster recovery time for patients. He founded three centers for hand and upper limb surgery in France. He has performed over 8,000 surgeries, consistently meeting or exceeding patient expectations. Prof. Dr. Süleyman Bülent Bektaşer was born in Kayseri in 1968. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1992. In 1997, he completed his specialization training in Orthopedics and Traumatology at Ankara Dr. Muhittin Ülker Emergency and Traumatology Hospital with a thesis on "Total Knee Arthroplasty Applications and Early Results". Between 1997 and 2000, he worked as a specialist doctor at the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic of the same hospital, and between 2000 and 2004, he served as a chief resident at the same hospital. Between 2004 and 2013, he worked as a chief resident in the Orthopedics and Traumatology Clinic at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital of the Ministry of Health. He became an associate professor in 2004 and worked as a lecturer at Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital between 2014 and 2016. He was appointed as a full professor at Yüksek İhtisas University in 2018. Throughout his academic career, he has published numerous scientific articles. He currently works at Koru Ankara Hospital and his medical interests include:

Hip, knee, shoulder arthroplasty (prosthetic surgery, robotic knee prosthesis surgery)

Extremity traumas (fractures and muscle/tendon tears)
