Dr. Cihan Şahin is a board-certified plastic surgeon, recognized by the Turkish Board of Plastic Surgery. He graduated from Gulhane Military Medical Academy. He completed his residency in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at GATA Haydarpasa Training Hospital.

Dr. Şahin has 51 international publications. He has presented 37 papers at international meetings and 102 at national meetings. He is a member of three major professional societies. He has received three awards from the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association. These achievements show his expertise and dedication to his field.
