Onur Utku Yuksel started his dental education at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007 and graduated with a master's degree in 2012.

In the same year, he started working as a Dentist at the Turkish Armed Forces Istanbul Central Command and finished his duty at the end of 1 year with the rank of Lieutenant Dental Physician.

He started working as a Dentist at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital in 2013.

He worked as an associate professor from 2016 to 2021. then he worked as a professor at Istanbul Health and Technology University. His professorial  field is Prosthodontics. 

He has master's and doctoral thesis, international publications, articles in international books or chapters in books, articles presented at national scientific meetings and published in proceedings books, projects. In addition to these, he has  administrative positions at the university. He was the chairman of the ethics committee of Istanbul Health and Technology University Faculty of Dentistry in 2023 as the last administrative position. He was lecturer at university as a professor in 2021-2023. He educated students in field as 

prosthetic dental treatment, 

perminent dentures, removable dentures, implant dentures, smile design and aesthetic dentistry.

He is a member of the turkish prosthodontics and implantology association, CAMLOG Implant Sy Members, ITI members, International College of Prosthodontics.

He received the second prize in clinical poster presentation in 2016 and the second prize for the best oral presentation at the congress organized by the Turkish Society of Prosthodontics and Implantology in 2023.
