Asli was a pleasure to deal with. No language barriers at all. Translated between the doctor and I. Fully understood my concerns and was honest in terms of realistic expectations. Always checking in on me and gave all the relevant advice and reassurance. Procedure went very well considering it was my third transplant. Wish I’d have gone Turkey before as UK very expensive and results weren’t great.
Availability to fit around schedule in Turkey. Very competitive price.
Everything was great, would be good to see them set up in a bespoke premisies/clinic. Wouldn’t affect service, but would appear far more professional.

Easy to deal with, fast response times. First time of using bookimed. No concerns at all, however if I’d have had more time, I’d like to research more to increase confidence prior to going. Having said this, I was very happy with where I went for treatment and the outcome.
