This procedure is called Selective Dorsal Cryoablation (SDC) and is designed for patients experiencing premature ejaculation, especially due to increased sensitivity. During the procedure, we apply controlled cooling to specific areas of the penile nerve endings to temporarily reduce nerve transmission. This helps balance sensitivity and extends your ejaculation time by 3 to 5 times. It does not reduce your sexual function, cause erectile dysfunction, or lead to loss of sensation. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, takes about 30 minutes, and you can return to your normal activities the same day. The success rate is around 80-85%.
