Assoc. Prof. Erkan Yıldırım, M.D. is a medical doctor who was born in 1968 and graduated from Eskişehir Anatolian High School in 1986 and Anadolu University School of Medicine in 1992. He worked at various medical institutions including Siyami Ersek Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Center, Atatürk Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Center, and Gülhane Military Medical Academy. He gained “Turkish Thoracic Surgery Proficiency Certification” in 2003.
