In cases of persistent Lichen Sclerosus that do not respond to steroid cream treatments and cause severe itching, pain during intercourse, and adhesions or scar tissue in the genital area, laser and mesotherapy combination therapy has been shown to provide highly effective results, significantly improving the patient's quality of life. If there is no prior pathological diagnosis confirming Lichen Sclerosus, a biopsy will be taken at the beginning of the first session to establish a definitive diagnosis before proceeding with the treatment.To achieve optimal results, we recommend a total of 4 sessions at month 0, 1, 2, and 4, combining laser therapy with regenerative treatments such as exosome therapy or hyaluronic acid injections.These sessions are performed in the clinic under local anesthesia, take approximately 30 minutes, and allow you to return to your daily activities immediately after the procedure.
