With delicate musical interludes and Tuscan flavors, set against the enchanting backdrop of Il Ciocco mountain, the retreats offer weekends filled with well-being and nature-focused activities, including yoga and sound baths. The Sankalpa for the retreats is based on the five senses related to the Chakras.

The rejuvenating program offers a 3 or 4-night retreat aimed at detoxifying and revitalizing the body and mind.
